The Garibaldi, also known historically as Catalina goldfish and marine goldfish and now commonly known as damsel Garibaldi (Hypsypops rubicundus) is a species of bright orange fish from the damsel family. It is located in the subtropical northeastern part of the Pacific Ocean. Common Dana Point harbor fish species include yellowtail, calico bass and halibut. These species are popular targets for anglers because of their size and fighting spirit.
